Each LongServing Lab Jadeite piece is custom-made, with production and quality checks taking approximately 1–3 months. If completed earlier, we will notify you based on order sequence.

Every Lab Jadeite gem is naturally formed and unique. Before delivery, we will provide photos/videos for your review, along with the final price.
Once you are satisfied with the product and pricing, we will proceed with your preferred delivery method.
